How does Mason Draper work?

 

Our work with investors is divided into several main stages, including the choice of house and interior style, analysis of needs affecting the final shape of the project, valuation and proceeding to construction.

We take care of everything that our clients may consider laborious i.e. looking for a suitable plot of land, negotiating the price, obtaining the building permits, as well as cooperation with subcontractors. All the investors have to do is choose the style of the house they would like to live in, we take care of all the rest.

 

From vision, to creation.

 

Step 1/5. Style.

Among the five different styles we offer, the connoisseur of architecture will surely find the right style of residence for himself. At this stage, the Investors decide whether they prefer French palaces, English estates, Swiss houses, American estates or minimalist 20th century architecture.

Step 2/5. Interior.

At this stage a decision about the interior allows to prepare a preliminary valuation, but most importantly to determine the layout of rooms, their functions, and the character of the premises.  

Step 3/5. Project.

The information from the previous steps will allow us to create an ideal project, considering the needs, preferences, and tastes of the Investors. We will make sure to tend to all the details and we will anticipate any issues that might be overlooked by the Client.

 

Step 4/5. Valuation.

Each residence is built with the appropriate raw materials, so we can accurately and reliably determine the cost of construction in the base built condition. At this stage we will also estimate the initial costs of interior design according to the chosen style and layout.

Step 5/5. Construction.

The construction includes all the works which will lead to giving the Investor a residence ready to move in. We use the highest quality materials and all technical novelties available on the market worldwide. We only use the services of selected and proven companies and brands.
